With her on-again off-again beau Justin Bieber in town, due to perform at Madison Square Garden on Nov. 28 and 29, it would have been the perfect opportunity for the Biebs to make a romantic gesture and support the one he loves. So did he? Sadly, Justin wasn’t on hand at the event, but Selena carried on like a pro. She enjoyed the evening, dazzling everyone with her gorgeous black Dolce & Gabbaba gown.And, luckily, she wasn’t the only pop star in the house without her other half: Katy Perry was in attendance sans John Mayer, as well. We bet that Justin wishes he could have made it, but he must have had other pressing professional commitments relating to his tour!
